Dear Diary
I have no picture gallery with this entry as I will place all pictures within
the text, few and meager as they are. Most of my new pics are of Shine
and you can see them on her page. Anyway, I
finally got my Standard Poodle after waiting a long time for just the right one
to come along. She is a special girl. Since acquiring her, I have often
wondered to myself why it is that everyone doesn't have a Standard Poodle. They
are quite the most delightful breed, a real joy and source of entertainment.
Ah well, a well kept secret among groomers and people in the ring I
suppose.
Anyway, let's see.....we have covered two major holidays since the last
entry. Thanksgiving was spent at home with just our little family.
David was supposed to have a tournament but it never materialized. Here

They look enthusiastic don't they? Good thing I took the pic before dinner was
actually served. I spent the afternoon napping with Ripley
afterwards
. Laura and Lizzie also spent the day napping after the feast
.
We had to attend a costume Christmas party again this year. The theme
was "dress like your favorite drink. Here is the pic, can you guess what
we were?

I forgot my camera at home over Christmas so we don't have any pictures of the
actual event itself. However, I did get an egg poaching toaster and here is a
picture of what I made with it

Westminster 2006 is rapidly approaching. This year I am taking Victoria with me as Tom and David must stay behind for yet another tournament. Their loss! We are looking forward to our trip. Well that is all. Thanks for checking in! Home
